 Just a reminder as there has been a few staples and forms that are printed on both sides of the page. These forms get filed in separate locations and we need each form to have it's own individual page. Also, as stated on the registration forms itself, please use paper clips instead of staples. We will provide paper clips if you don't have any at home. Thank you in advance. |
